1. How can I check order status on this site?
You should sign in first with the correct user name and passwords that is the same you use when you made the order. Get into your user center,then click the button of 'My order', and then you can see your order status.

2. How to change the order information?
Then order can't be changed by yourself once it was confirmed, Please contact Customer Service,we will change them for you.For Paid order,may be can't be changed (the size, the color,the style) or deleted any products.so please be more careful when you making the order in avoid of placing wrong items,size or color.

3. What if there are out of stock items in my order?
If any item is not available for some reason,we will notify you,you can replace it with other items or ask for a refund.
